Nice site. I am descended from John Todd and Christina (or Christian) McKellar, who emigrated to Australia in the 1850's. They came from North Knapdale, Argyleshire, Scotland. I believe John (1816-99) was the son of William Todd and Ann McKellar. I'm not sure if William is same 'tacksman in Knocklava' as mentioned below. There seems to be a lot of Todd - McKellar unions! Does anyone have info on these people?

My father was Carol C. Todd, his dad was Ed Gilbert Todd (Aug 25, 1894 - Nov 21, 1949) Ed's Dad was Green Berry Todd.. Ed married Estella Beaton (May 16, 1897 - Dec 3, 1983).

Anyone familiar with these names?

Very nice website. I am descended from Margaret Todd who married John McCallum in Glassary Argyll. Margaret's parents were William Todd, tacksman in Knocklava Argyll and Anne McKellar. I live in Canada.

My great great great great grandmother was a Campbell she married a Ryan it would be nice to
